Portabella Bacon

2 large portabella mushrooms, stems and gills removed,  cut into ¼ inch slices,

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400. 

In a bowl, Coat mushrooms in olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar.

Bake on wire racked sheet pan and sprinkle with granulated garlic, smoked paprika and brown sugar and a bit more salt.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until deep golden brown
